Ingredient
Dicalcium Phosphate Anhydrous
Benefits
Synthetic
An anti-caking agent, dicalcium phosphate anhydrous keeps solid, self-preserving products fresh and dry. It is widely used in toothpaste for its polishing and plaque removing properties (and because it's tasteless).
It is an inert calcium salt, that can also be classified as an ionic salt, made up of charged particles of calcium and phosphate. It is often used as a calcium supplement in foods, such as breakfast cereals.
