Win your Lushmas Wishlist 2025 - Glasgow and Liverpool Store Terms and Conditions
1. The Prize Draw: Subject to these Win your Lushmas Wishlist 2025 Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), Eligible Participants visiting a Participating Store on any day during the Prize Draw Period will be eligible to participate in the Win Your Lushmas Wishlist Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”). By taking part in the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms. It is a condition of participation in the Prize Draw that all Terms are accepted as final.
2. The Promoter: This Prize Draw is organised by LUSH LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, with registered company number 02940032 at registered office address 29 High Street, Poole, Dorset, BH15 1AB ("LUSH", "us", "our" or “the Promoter”).
3. Accepting the Terms and Conditions: By participating in this Prize Draw at a Participating Store, you agree to by bound by these Terms and also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions at that store. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any of the other terms and conditions mentioned above, these Terms will take priority.
4. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms or the conduct of this Prize Draw, the decision of LUSH shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
5. Prize Draw Period: This Prize Draw is available to enter from 9:00am on 29th November 2025 and shall be available to enter during the opening hours of the Participating Store. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 5:00pm on 24th December 2025 (“Closing Date”). Entries received after this time will not be valid or considered.
6. Participating Stores: This Prize Draw is available to enter in the following UK LUSH Stores: LUSH Spa Glasgow City and LUSH Spa Liverpool ("Participating Stores"). This Prize Draw is not available to enter anywhere else outside of Participating Stores including online or on the LUSH app.
7. How can I check when the Participating Store is open? If you are unsure when the Participating Store is open, you can email or call the store during opening hours. Contact details can be found here: https://www.lush.com/uk/en/shops/. Please check the opening times of the Participating Store before travelling to participate in the Prize Draw.
8. Eligible Participants: This Prize Draw is open to members of the public who attend the Participating Store in person during the Prize Draw Period, and who are at least 18 years of age, but does not include:
a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies,
b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration; or
c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
9. How to Participate: During the Prize Draw Period, Eligible Participants may enter the Prize Draw by completing a “Win Your Lushmas Wish List” paper form (“Entry Form”) which is available in the Participating Stores and submitting it in the Prize Draw post box within the Participating Store. Please ask a member of LUSH staff in the Participating Store for the location of the forms and post box.
10. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete or incorrect entries or entries not received before the Closing Date.
11. Each Eligible Participant may only enter the Prize Draw once during the Promotion Period. LUSH reserves the right to remove any duplicate entries from the Prize Draw.
12. This Prize Draw is not valid in conjunction with any other online or in store offer or promotion unless stated.
13. There is no qualifying purchase necessary for participation in this Prize Draw and it is free to enter.
14. One winner will be chosen from each Participating Store (“Winners”) by random draw supervised by an independent person on 27th December 2025 (“Draw Date”).
15. Each Winner shall each receive up to three LUSH products named on their Entry Form, worth up to a combined retail value of £200 at the time of the Draw Date (“Prize”). If a Winner’s Entry Form contains a list of products that have a combined retail value of more than £200 at the time of the Draw Date then LUSH reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to select items from the Winner’s Entry Form which have a combined retail value of up to £200 and award these as the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to replace any part of the Prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
16. Eligible Participants must only list LUSH products on their Entry Form and all Prizes are limited to LUSH products only, excluding knot wraps, gift cards, charity products, subscriptions, or any experiences (including spa treatments and parties).
17. The Winners will be notified by email or telephone (using the contact details provided in their Entry Form) as soon as possible after the Draw Date and must respond by providing a valid postal address within the UK to claim their Prize. If a Winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the Winner's Prize may be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
18. Prizes will be sent to their respective Winners by post within a reasonable period of time following LUSH receiving their addresses in accordance with clause 17. LUSH accepts no responsibility for any delay in postage or receipt of Prizes howsoever caused.
19. LUSH will only post Prizes to addresses within the UK. If a Winner lives outside of the UK they must provide a valid address within the UK where they can be sent their Prize.
20. There is no cash alternative to the Prize. The Prize is not exchangeable for cash or for any other LUSH product or for any LUSH gift card.
21. Returns of the Prize (regardless of condition) will not result in a refund or payment of any sort.
22. Your Legal Rights: Nothing in these Terms shall affect any participant's legal rights including all rights in respect of refunds or replacements for products which are faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described.
23. Subject to Availability: This Prize Draw is subject to stock availability.
24. Unclaimed Prize: Any unclaimed Prizes will remain the property of LUSH and LUSH may dispose of them as it sees fit.
25. LUSH reserves the right to cancel the Prize Draw or amend the Terms without notice in the event there is any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside LUSH's reasonable control.
26. LUSH and the Participating Stores reserve the right to refuse entry to the Prize Draw, not award a Prize, disqualify a Winner or ask a participant to leave the Participating Store if there are reasonable grounds to believe that any person is not eligible for any reason or for any other lawful reason, including unruly behaviour or failure to comply with these Terms.
27. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Prize Draw may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, LUSH reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
28. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of Prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails LUSH UK Customer Care at [email protected] or contacts the Participating Store using the contact details provided at https://www.lush.com/uk/en/shops/ within one month after the Closing Date. If any Eligible Participants object to any or all of their surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact LUSH UK Customer Care at [email protected] or the Participating Store using the contact details provided at https://www.lush.com/uk/en/shops/. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
29. Personal data supplied during the course of this Prize Draw will only be processed as set out in LUSH’s Privacy Notice as set out at www.lush.com/uk/en/faq/privacy-notice. See also paragraph 17, 18 and 28 above with regard to the contacting and announcement of winners.
30. Limitation of Liability:
a) Subject to clause 30(b), LUSH and its group companies accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person as a result of their participation in this Prize Draw, their attempted participation or their acceptance of any product or Prize.
b) Nothing in these Terms shall exclude LUSH’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which may not be lawfully limited or excluded under English law.
c) By participating or attempting to participate in this Prize Draw, participants agree that LUSH shall not bear any liability for: the loss, theft or misuse of any product; or any damage in any way attributable to this Prize Draw or the attempted participation in this Prize Draw, subject to clause 30(b).
31. No Waiver: Any failure on any occasion by LUSH to enforce a Term is not a waiver of that Term.
32. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Prize Draw and these Terms will be governed by English Law and, subject to any right you may have as a consumer to select jurisdiction, any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. This Prize Draw and any location on which these Terms are posted are only intended to be accessed from Great Britain, and Northern Ireland. LUSH does not make any representation that materials relating to this Prize Draw are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited. If you view these Terms from territories other than England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
