What is it?
The Ultra Fresh box is a collection of cosmetics that are made with seasonal ingredients. Each month we whip up three fresh formulas that harness the power of seasonal ingredients at their peak — only available in the Ultra Fresh box.
Is it a subscription?
Nope! It's a made-to-order box that you can pre-order each month during a specific time window.
How do I order?
You can visit this page to place your pre-order. Or you can visit one of our larger stores — Oxford Street, Covent Garden, Birmingham, Liverpool and Glasgow — where our lovely team will package one up for you.
How does the shipping charge work?
We've updated the delivery price for Ultra Fresh boxes to our standard fee of £3.95 — same freshness, same speed, just at a lower price. Ultra Fresh boxes will be sent on next day delivery to ensure your products are as fresh as can be, but you will be charged our standard delivery fee of £3.95.
As this is a pre-order fresh item, Next Working Day delivery applies to the later dispatch date once pre-order closes, not the initial order date.
Lush Delivery Pass now applies to Ultra Fresh boxes, all the more reason to get fresh.
When will it arrive?
Once your pre-order is placed, the products will be freshly made and shipped at a later date. As the ingredients we use will be seasonal specific, some boxes may ship at different times, but we’ll always keep you updated on when to expect your delivery.
What if I order products at the same time I order my Ultra Fresh box?
We’ll package the other Lush products alongside your Ultra Fresh box so you receive them altogether. If you need these sooner, it’s best to place a separate order to avoid a delay.

We'll update our website monthly with details on when your Ultra Fresh box is landing next month. Or you can chat to one of our lovely store team who will be able to give you the deets. We’ll also post updates via Lush Club — the freshest club in town.
How are the flowers sourced?
Gardening is tricky work, especially when the British weather is your co-worker. Whilst we try to source as much as we can from Careys, seasonal unpredictability means we sometimes need to look elsewhere.
