ANZ Click & Collect FAQ

    Shop your way! Get your favourite products faster when you buy online and pick up in-store, free of charge.

    How it works

    1. Pick some of your favorite products and select ''click and collect'' on the product page.

    2. You'll get an email with your order confirmation and pickup instructions.

    3. When you're notified that your order is ready, come collect it within four days.

    Is Click and Collect available everywhere?

    Click and Collect is available in all of our Australian and Aotearoa shops, depending on stock availability.

    How soon after ordering can I come and collect?

    Your order will be ready within 24 hours of placing the order, in most cases sooner than that. You will receive an email once the order is ready to collect, so please wait until you receive that notification. 

    How do I pay / what payment methods are accepted?

    All of our usual payment methods are accepted for same day delivery and click and collect.

    How long will the store hold onto my order for?

    We’ll hold your order for 7 days after it’s ready for collection. Any uncollected orders will be cancelled and a full refund back to the original payment method will be provided.

    An item is missing from my order/an item is damaged in my order/ I've been given the wrong item, how do I get it replaced?

    Please contact the store using the details provided in your email confirmation. They will be happy to make sure you have the right product.

    I placed the order under my name but my friend is picking it up? Is this ok?

    Yes of course. As long as they have the order reference to show the shop team, they will be able to collect the order.
