Lucky enough to get a Lush gift card? Here’s how to use it...

How to buy my Lush gift card?

• eGift Cards: You can purchase an electronic gift card online here and send it via email.

• Physical Gift Cards: Ask in-store and load up a physical Gift Card with your lucky recipient’s chosen amount of cash. Simply wrap it up and give it to them.

• Gift Cards purchased through 3rd-party retailers: Physical Gift Cards are also available at select 3rd-party retailers in preset amounts of $50 or in a customized amount between $25 and $200.

How to redeem my gift card?

eGift cards and Physical Gift Cards can be redeemed by phone, online, and in our stores in the US and Canada. Gift Cards purchased through 3rd party retailers in the preset amount of $50 or a customized amount between $25 and $200. These can be redeemed online and in Lush shops in the country where they were purchased.

How to check my card balance?

To check your balance, please ask in-store or check online here. To save on paper (and be kind to the environment), we don't provide the buyer with a receipt of the loaded amount. You don't have to spend the whole amount in one go. And, if you need to know your remaining balance, you can simply ask at the till or check online here.

How to top my gift card?

Top up your physical Gift Card whenever you like - they're reusable. If you're finished with one, return it to us, and we'll melt it down and reuse the plastic as part of our recycling scheme! Unfortunately, it is not possible to top up an eGift Card.

How long does it take to receive my eGift card?

It may take up to 1 hour for your gift card to be activated. You will receive an email when the activation is complete, so please check your spam folder.

Can I use my gift card online or in-store?

Your gift card can be redeemed by phone, online, and in our stores in the US and Canada.

Can I use my US gift card in Canada or vice versa?

Yes, but only gift cards purchased directly from Lush. Our systems will automatically calculate the exchange rate. Gift cards purchased from 3rd-party retailers can only be redeemed in the country where they were purchased.

When will I get my personalized eGift card?

We will send your personalized eGift card as soon as it's processed. Please note that it may take a few hours for us to process your custom photo.
